They are redefining the HOA industry.**Job Activities**- Assist the CAM in managing and maintaining the operations of the association.- Maintain and update homeowner and vendor databases.- Assist with the preparation and distribution of professional notices, letters, newsletters, and other documents.- Designs newsletters.- Manage and respond to homeowner inquiries and complaints.- Assist in the coordination of association events and activities.- Assist with the preparation, distribution, and tracking of compliance notices and letters based on governing documents.- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair services with vendors.- Communicate with vendors to track the status of work orders and update work orders.- Assist with the enforcement of association rules and regulations.- Assist with transcribing property walk-through reports.- Maintain the Board of Directors list and contact information.- Maintain association records and files.- Maintain association websites.- Composes and types routine correspondence as required.- Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to electronic filing and renaming documents.- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.- Maintains parking assignments.**Schedule**:Monday to Friday:- Regular Schedule 10:30 - 19:00 Mexico City time (30-minute lunch break)- Daylight Saving: 09:30 - 18:00 Mexico City time (30-minute lunch break)- Lunch time is 12 to 12:30 pm PST**Benefits**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience).- Remote Work.- Work Stability.- Computer equipment.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- 12 vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city).- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary).- Restaurant tickets ($2,015 pesos).- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).**Requirements**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
