We will count on you to:
- Experience in developing work plans with actions aligned to objectives and budgets.
In-depth knowledge of benefit products and services, as well as market trends and regulations.
- Oversee implementation of large appointments, which will include ensuring local brokerage appointments are executed for insured benefits in all countries covered under the Benefits Manager
- Ensure client satisfaction with underlying ongoing services, which will include ensuring local services are delivered in accordance with mandates
- Interface directly with senior-level client managers as the main global point of contact for client deliverables and communications required under a appointment
- Help clients monitor their employee benefit programs by providing aggregated reporting with a view to ensuring a level of governance and consistency with their objectives while offering optimal cost-effective solutions
- Execute clients' ongoing Benefits strategy, as well as execute Benefits financing strategy, through pooling, captives, global insurance programs etc. as determined by the client
What you need to have:
- BA/BS degree
- Experience with global health and benefits in a consulting environment
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of global health and benefits
simultaneously
**Skills**:
- Analytical skills (claims analysis, factor handling for cost determination)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Complex problem solving using Microsoft suite (xls, ppt, word, teams ppalemnte).
- Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to execute effective business strategies, driving growth and profitability.
