Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you'll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:**The Opportunity**:Team Member supporting various tasks related to Windows and NOC operations for IT Infrastructure services based upon our US client Create/Configure service accounts based on service request Should be willing to work in night shift Should have excellent Communication skills, requires interaction with stake holders/on site counterparts daily through- Resolve L1 Incident and service requests within agreed SLA- Monitor customer infrastructure using tools or defined SOPs to identify failures and mitigate the same by raising tickets with defined priority and severity- Update SOP with updated troubleshooting instructions and process changes- Mentor new team members in understanding customer infrastructure and processes- Perform alert analysis for driving incident reduction**What you need**:- Good in Monitoring tools and Device back up scheduling.- Basic to intermediate powershell / BASH/Python scripting skills.- Manual patch of QA server.- Ability to handle Storage and Backup issues independently.- English advanced.**Note**:If you do not know the previous technologies or what has to do with the technical part, you can receive training for it.**What we believe**:We're proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
