What We Need

We are looking for a Remarketing Associate who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Remarketing Associate, you will assist all clients with resolving post sale license plate violations, interacting with Auctions and other Suppliers on an ongoing basis. In addition, other duties associated with the sale of vehicles at Auction.

A Day in the Life:

- Follow Remarketing Processing procedures for the processing of various vehicles sales, termination input, Compliance review of client sale purchasers through collaboration with internal/external stakeholders to accomplish goals.
- Participate in various Remarketing related projects and operational effectiveness as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in an administrative area or related
- 2-3 years professional experience in office environment
- MS Office (Excel - intermediate skill level with ability to add create and update files with various functions and formulas. Word - ability to create documents)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with external stakeholders. Experience with Auctions and/or DMV a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage time, prioritize multiple tasks and focus on detail.
- Strong work ethic and proactive collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization, able to shift to different priorities.
