Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Associate Production Supervisor located in Juarez Sur. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Associate Production Supervisor's role involves:
What a typical day looks like: Responsible to produce several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.Leads a team comprising individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies/quality.Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.Receives and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.May act as principal interface between the operation team and the maintenance function.May train and coach junior operators.Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.Experience in managing assembly production lines in the industrial area.Inventory management control and daily reporting.Experience with handling NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report) and Capas.Experience in planning and scheduling production plans.Experience in BAAN System.Experience with Line Balancing.The experience we're looking to add to our team: Typically requires a bachelor's degree.Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects.Assists in department budget planning and manages department expenses.Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.Ensures compliance with standards.What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Pantry vouchersSaving FundChristmas bonusHoliday bonusMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceJob CategoryOperations
