**Profile requirements**:- At least 3 years of product management experience or related roles.- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.- Experience dealing with complex problems.- Proven ability to gather detailed user feedback, analyze data to identify pain points, and translate them into product improvements.- Experience working with product designers.- Demonstrated success managing development teams, ensuring their work aligns with the product vision.- Experience with product development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.- Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills- **Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
****Essential technologies and/or tools**:- Management in tools such as JIRA and Confluence systems.- Google Workspace- Slack- Background in collaboration technology, software development, SaaS.
**Main responsibilities**:- Create and adjust the product roadmap based in external/internal feedback.- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, PRD's, competitors analysis, user guides.
etc.- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, Customer Success Managers and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
