Autocad 2D Furniture Drafter (Remote)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Create technical 2D drawings in AutoCAD including floor plans, elevations, and detailed furniture drawings for production- Create 3D renderings in SketchUp to present floor plans, elevations, and furniture placement- Work with the design & sales team to create digital client presentations to convey design intention- Creative input during design phase with a collaborative spirit- Occasionally assist the design & sales team during site visits to take field measurements- Work with in-house CRM and cloud systems to log client plans and presentations.
**QUALIFICATIONS**- **+2 years of experience in a similar role.
**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish.
**:- **Knowledge of residential furniture is a MUST.
**:- **Excellence in AUTOCAD or similar drafting software.
