The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class.Responsibilities for Integral management systemTo actively participate on Integral management system audits- Work alongside with mechanical and test engineers on improvement programs.- Select the appropriate control system for the automation project (PLC, PC, Raspberry).- Develop the control program for the project.- Develop control diagrams (cable management).- Provide training for the maintenance team related to equipment operation and operation manual- Selection of equipment (Request Price and fill the purchase order).Formal Education & CertificationBS in Mechatronics, electronics, automation engineering, or related, English proficiency.Knowledge & Experience- + 3 years in High Volume Manufacturing is preferred.- PLC (SW Allen Bradley) / HMI.- Program languages such as C#, C++, Phyton.- Familiarity with electrical schematic design (Autocad Electrical).Work Conditions- 40-hours plus per week- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.- Sitting for extended periods of time; Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse,etc.Universal Electronics Inc.
