Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.About the role:The **Back Office Collections Senior Representative** will be part of the Back Office team and responsible for executing account maintenance, reporting, control activities for the Collections portfolio as well as provide information/inputs and process requirements from the different Collections areas (Mainly OCA's and Salvage processes). Back Office Collections Senior Representative partners with Customer Service, LAO ServiceCenter, Leasing, Finance, Procurement & External vendors to ensure support activities are performed as expected.On a timely manner; as defined, provide visibility of the results and trends observed within tickets or complaints received within the waive off process. Identify process opportunities (when applicable) and propose action plans to mitigate impacts within daily activities having on mind the Company's KPI's (Net Losses, Recovery, Delinquency, Vendor Expenses, etc.) Support Back Office activities as required according to volumes and area needs.**Location: Monterrey, N.L.**What you need:- Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Accounting or related field.- Desired: financial/banking background.- Analytical skills and problem solving ability.- Organizational skills.- Detail oriented.- Written & Oral proficient communication.- Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in MS Office.- Intermediate English skills.- Previous experience or knowledge of database management and report generation.- Proficient in MS Office Excel - PIVOT, VLOOKUP, SEARCH FORMULAS, etc.- Customer service orientation.What you will be doing:- Collaborate with collections areas (OCA's and Salvage) to provide information & data.- Responsible for BO tickets received on a daily basis.- Ensure BO tickets are followed, handled, and closed according to defined SLA's.- Provide visibility on tickets follow up (Received, attended, closed, results dashboard etc.)- Execute controls to write off agreements and settlements to correctly perform account maintenance.- Identify process opportunities (when applicable) and propose action plans to mitigate complaints.- Responsible of executing daily activities under compliance with current policies, procedures, business standards and agreed SLA's.What we offer:At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself
