If you're looking for a career where you can make a real impression, join our Global Service Center (GSC)- HSBC and discover how valued you'll be.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofBalance Sheet Reconciliation & Substantiation ManagerRole purposeProvides support and oversight over the assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of the Account certification process and remediation of initial findings to set up a long-term process to consistently reconcile and/or substantiate HNAH accounts in accordance with HSBC policy requirements (Finance FIM) and ensure exceptions are identified, escalated, and reported to the HNAH Finance function through the monthly certification process, protecting HNAH assets, providing timely and accurate information to HNAH senior management.This role has the main purpose to avoid losses due to regulatory fines and incorrect account registers ensuring the reasonability of the information in the Financial Statements.Main activitiesProvides support and oversight over the assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of the Account certification process and remediation of initial findings to set up a long-term process to consistently reconcile and/or substantiate HNAH accounts in accordance with HSBC policy requirements (Finance Functional Instruction Manual).Ensures exceptions are identified, escalated, and reported to the HNAH Finance function through the monthly certification process, protecting HNAH assets.Builds and brings support to the Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Substantiation (BSRS) governance and analysis.Provides timely and accurate information to HNAH senior management.Ensures the reasonability of the information in the Financial Statements.Contributes to the complete and accurate financial information to public investors and regulators.#J-18808-Ljbffr
