Bend Commissioning Engineer (Mexico)

1. Be responsible for the assembly and test of molds for new projects;
2. Be responsible for the repair and maintenance of existing molds to ensure production.
3. Be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the in-mold manipulator mold;
4. Handle and solve technical problems in mass production;
5. Participate in project technical meetings as required;
6. Train the on-site bending staff in mold installation skills.
1.1 23-45 years old, technical secondary school degree or above, mechanical major is preferred, and automotive pipeline background experience in the automotive industry is preferred;
1.2 More than 3 years of elbow production and commissioning experience.
1.3 Be able to operate pipe fittings and processing equipment independently.
1.4 Be familiar with the repair and maintenance of the in-mold manipulator mold;
1.5 Understand the APQP development process of automobile industry, basic quality tools, PPAP, FMEA, etc.
