For this role, the Global Benefits team is looking for a Benefits Analyst that has strong program management skills, can be flexible and navigate multiple priorities, is well organized, and can work well within a complex organization.**Job Description**:**Key responsibilities**:- Develop a deep knowledge of PayPal benefit offerings.- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for global processes.- Update HR sites and employee facing communications.- Manage day to day administration and compliance of benefit programs.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Establish and maintain strong internal relationships with groups such as Payroll, HRBPs, Communications and Employee Central.- Act as the first point of contact to answer employee and manager questions; handle and/or redirect employee escalations.- Manage contracts, purchase orders, and renewal project plans.- Benefit and vendor dashboards and reporting- Support program managers with vendor management activities- Develop and maintain the global templates library.- Management of benefit information across several platforms- Support Annual Enrollment (AE) activities.- Benefit education and awareness- Capacity management- Support Onsite Benefit Fairs, health screenings and flu shots.- Prepare and/or review process documentation, procedures, and guidelines.- Analyze program activities and make recommendations to improve efficiency of existing operations.**Education and Experience Required**:- 3-6+ years of Benefits, HR, or Finance experience ideally in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.- Experience with benefit programs and vendor management (3+ years)- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Experience with documentation of policies and requirements- Excellent communication, organization, collaboration, and presentation skills.- Strong critical thinking skills- Project Management skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills- Working Knowledge of MS Outlook; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint- Proven experience with accurate and on time process/project execution- Innovative approach to problem solving.- Curious personality with a desire to learn and explore new things
