Your tasks

Mexico Central position in charge of the supervision, administration and development for Mexico benefits policies and guidelines. In charge of benefits standardization trough the Country. Application of best practices according to market for each location in the Country.
- Responsibilities:

- Design, implements and manages end to end Benefits policies and programs across the Company in the country.
- Analyzes, evaluates and optimizes company benefits offers to assure market competitiveness and an improved employee's value proposition.
- Acts as a coach of Benefits topics for HRBP's around the country.
- Design and deploys communication of Updated Benefits policies and procedures to all locations.
- Implement specific HR Benefits Projects.
- Assure Benefits solutions are cost-effective for the Company (Broker/Service provders liaison and negotiation together with NPM departments).
- Designs and Manages the pension architecture. Manage the retirement service providers (actuary, asset manager, fiduciary, record keeping).
- Designs and Manages Wellbeing, Health & Welfare, Life & Disability Policies and Programs based on Company Strategies.
- Oversees Benefits enrollment process and administration of Employee Master Benefit Programs through Brokers/Service Providers assuring quality of service delivery in each topic (i.e. life, major medical, minor medical, dental, optional plans).
- Manages car benefit policies and processes. Acts as a Sponsor for GPS fleet admin manager.
- Manages the Employee Assistance Program Design (Conti Care) and Service Provider Relationship.
- Manages the Discount Club Service Provider Relationship (PIN Club del Empleado).
- Coordinates gasoline solution / vendor management.
- Define the strategy to harmonize benefits elements such as: Retirement Plans, Health & Welfare, Life Insurance, Leasing Car Policy, Optional/Flexible Plans, Cafeteria Plans, Well-Being and Work-Life Balance Initiatives, Managerial Medical Checkups.
- Defines quality system and escalation levels for benefits issues for service providers.
- Assure corporate compliance of Benefits Standards and Procedures.
- Manages Savings Fund, Savings Box, Food Coupons, Restaurant Coupons Central Guidelines & Providers Management.
- Assure Benefits solutions are well-known by HR teams.
- Coordinates central communication and deployment strategies of benefits information to employees.* Supports harmonization topics of compensation elements such as: Savings Fund, Food Coupons around the country.
- Leads specific HR Strategic Projects.
- Lead implementation of Saving Box, manage and act as auditor.* Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results to determine organization's market relationship.
- Assure knowledge of market practices related to rewards elements and recommend changes based on outcomes.
- Support and follow up activities related to M&A, Legal entities changes and/or fusions.* Lead a benefit specialist in the Rewards CoE.
- Act as a coach for benefits matters to the HRBP's around the country.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor degree, Business Studies/Economics Science/Engineering or Related.
- Desired C&B Certification/Related Training (CCP, GRP, SPHR)
- At least 5 years of experience in benefits or related benefits administration.
- At least 7 of HR experience.
- Experience handling C&B projects and/or HR projects.
- At least 2 succesful projects related to Benefits Management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience leading people at least 2 years, directly or functional.
- Desired experience working with multicultural project teams in HR (NA region)
