This person will work closely with the local and other business teams to strengthen the performance of our demand team in Mexico. Someone who leads Benvi to increase customer conversions and increase contracts. A leader who is go-getter and is proactive in finding solutions to improve processes.**Responsibilities of this role include**:- Manage a team who takes care of demand, including visits and closing- Drive business insights and operational excellence to increase revenue, team's productivity and efficiency- Drive pricing exceptions and pricing deal offerings together with the sales team.- Drive listings' conversion, including related tooling and process- Own forecasting and planning process and cadence to ensure achievement of revenue and key operating metrics to align with our overall business strategy- Create appropriate documentation and training to ensure adherence to work instructions and processes in order to maximize productivity, while increasing accuracy and reducing errors- Working along with external partners and internal stakeholders to improve performance, training, and capacity management**Key Performance Indicators**- Conversion: Listing to Contract Signed (including every step)- Time to conversion- Unique Contract Signed**Location**Our positions are based on our new subsidiary in Mexico City
