Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**GENERAL SUMMARY**:Execute all administrative tasks inherent to the Manager and support activities require for the Department.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Administrative tasks: Agenda, control of meeting rooms and payroll- Insure correctness and precision in expenses reports.- Follow up signature requested.- Assist in traveling reservations for the department- Prepares reports- Supports moves to the purchasing department.- Assists in the elaboration, control and execution of P.O.'S and other documents.- Plan deparment events.- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.- Performs activities related to safety.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Strong skills in Microsoft suite products (i.E. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Exchange)- High school or professional.- More than 2 years of applicable experience- Good communicator- Knowledge of SAP is desired- Bilingual (Spanish-English)LI-VR1
