Bilingual Appointment Setter / Customer Service

We are ACTIVELY hiring multiple people for this position for rapidly growing cutting-edge law firm.IMPORTANT: This is **NOT** a remote job opportunity. You will be required to work from the Guadalajara office, in Mexico.Requirements and skills:- You must know what it's like to dial the phone 125 times per day.- You must be able to type and talk at the same time.- You must have experience working on a CRM and dispositioning the outcome of each call.- You must be willing to get your bonus according to production (time on phone and appointments set).- You will be calling warm leads. Not cold calling.You must have a warm personality and like to talk with people on the phone. This is not 'strong' selling.
