**Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (C1 level proficiency).
- Resident of Guadalajara or nearby areas.
- High School Diploma or incomplete higher education (we value your experience).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Salary: $13,000 to $16,000 MXN per month (AFTER taxes and based on your english skills).
