Job Description:
Are you a skilled communicator who is fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for helping people in their time of need? TIJSAC is seeking a Bilingual Collector to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 1 or more years of call center experience and strong typing abilities to make a difference in the community.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong typing abilities and familiarity with computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in high-stress situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
- Knowledge of bail bond processes (preferred, but not required).
