**Job brief**We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative.What does a Bilingual Customer Service do?A Bilingual Customer Service, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency, to provide customer assistance working from home or in-plant based in Monterrey.
**Responsibilities**:- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls- Generate sales leads- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Take the extra mile to engage customers**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or GED (might be unfinished)- Excellent verbal and communication skills, B1H/B2 English proficiency- Basic PC keyboarding skills: basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required- Call Center Experience not needed but preferable, min 1 year experiencie on Customer Service, 6 months experiencie on baking/finance tech industry- Schedule availability**Salary & Benefits**:- $13,200 Base salary- $3,000 Performance bonus- 2 Days off- Food coupons- Life medical insurance- Permanent placement position / Direct hire**Salary**: $13,200.00 - $17,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 64000, Monterrey, N.
