****Schedule**:- Monday - Friday- 8:00 - 5:36 pm**Profile**:- Experience with office management systems and procedures.- Previous experience in the Legal field is a plus.- Comfortable with phone and in-person reception duties.- High level of discretion and confidentiality for handling sensitive information.- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and multitasking abilities.- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.- Flexible and adaptable to change including the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.- Bilingual proficiency in English-Spanish is a plus to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.- Serve as clients' first point of contact, providing empathetic communication and guidance.- Manage client files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Assist in the preparation and filing of immigration forms and documents.- Schedule and coordinate appointments, interviews, and meetings.- Conduct administrative tasks such as interviewing clients, requesting documents, submitting them promptly to the appropriate government agencies, and maintaining records.- Work closely with the legal team to ensure timely progress on cases.- Provide general support to the legal team as needed.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $18,200.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoExperiência:- Administrative: 1 año (Deseable)- Call Center: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- English (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
