Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Remote)

**Satellite Teams is searching for an Intake Caller who will be working for an LA-based distinguished law firm protecting consumers for over a decade.
This role is on the front line personally speaking to people coming to us for help at a time in which they are most vulnerable and need legal assistance.
****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Probe caller for the details of their injury in a courteous and efficient manner- Make a great and lasting impression on clients and potential clients- Follow-up with callers in a consistent and respectful manner- Update client records with accurate, thorough, and timely information & notes- Refer clients with non-personal injury cases to partner law firms**QUALIFICATIONS**- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:- Sales experience is highly preferred- **Personal Injury experience is a must.
