Bilingual Legal Specialist/Lien Negotiator (Remote)

**Satellite Teams is in search of Lien Negotiators for an LA based Personal Injury Law firm that will negotiate for post-settlement liens, health insurance liens, hospital liens, private medical provider liens, and state and federal medical provider liens. They will also be responsible for finalizing the case and providing clients with the best recovery possible and exhibit a high level of efficiency and proficiency.****RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Negotiate lien resolution within parameters set by the firm on behalf of clients.- Communicate and update clients with case status.- Organize, collect and document sensitive personal information.- Strong customer service experience.- Resolve and address customer concerns with professionalism.- Preparing closing letters/disbursements.General administrative duties as required**REQUIREMENTS**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:- 1-2 years experience working in medical billing and/or collectionsDependable with a solid work ethic and positive attitude- Adept at handling competing priorities and frequent shifts in direction- Extremally detail-oriented- Thrives in a challenging work environment- Has the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $28,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
