Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.**Requirements**:- Incomplete or completed Bachelor's degree- At least 1 year of experience in medical administration- 100% bilingual, both written and spoken.- Proficiency in G-Suite- Administrative Skills**Responsibilities**:- Assist patients by scheduling appointments with doctors and their Intake Specialists- Cancel and reschedule patient appointments- Provide information on treatments, supplements, kits, guides, etc.- Schedule appointments for doctors (1st, 2nd, 3rd Dr Calls)- Follow up with patients from the Intakes- Add new patients to the system as instructed by the Intakes- Send information to patients upon request from the Intake**Benefits**:- All Law benefits- IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot- Attendance Bonus- Punctuality Bonus- Seniority Bonus- Grocery Vouchers- Free emotional support sessions.- Medical Consultations.- Free laboratory studies, radiology and imaging.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday 7am to 4:30pm**Salary**:- $17,641.20 gross monthly**ABOUT US**Pay: From $17,641.20 per monthWork Location: In person
