We are looking for a full-time Bilingual Recruiter for a staffing company in the United States, this person must have an excelling English level and outstanding organization skills.Job Responsabilities:- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs through different channels.- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudesWhat we are looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related field.- Advanced English level both written and spoken.- At least two years of proven experience in a recruitment roll.- Experience doing recruitment for staff in the medical field is a plus.What we offer:- Gross Salary of $20,000 to $25,000 pesos a month.- Food Vouchers for $1,000 a month- Home office bonus of $800 pesos a month.- Mexican Law Benefits.Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Reclutamiento: 2 years (required)- reclutando perfiles de manufactura o construccion: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Inglés Avanzado (required)Work Location: Remote
