**Requirements**:
- Basic tech support knowledge: Difference between modem and router, basic troubleshooting for low internet speed, troubleshooting for cable TV encoders or cable boxes, bandwidth domain, how to locate the IP address of a computer, among others._
- It is essential that you have at least 1 year of experience in a bilingual call center (preferably in tech support).
- Advanced English level
- High School diploma or equivalent (bachillerato).
- Schedule availability between 7 am and 10 pm.
- Availability to work on-site (Azcapotzalco, CDMX)
- Customer service skills (how to be emphatic, how to deal with upset customers, express clearly)
