Biso Analyst

BISO ANALYSTCountry: Mexico**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As part of the SBNA BISO Team this role will be responsible for the following:**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Documenting processes, risks, and associated controls, and escalating areas of concern.- Understanding the vendor lifecycle.- Supporting management with the documentation and communication of business risks and mitigating plans and activities.- Generating status reports for senior management to ensure the implementation of IT policies, standards and procedures.**Education and Experience**- 3+ years of experience- Comfortable working with all MS Office Tools - Excel, PPT, Word, Visio- High levels of organization, and coordination skills. Able to manage multiple activities based on prioritization.- Able to build working relationships across the organization to support a collaborative working environment.- Pro-active approach to work.- Experience working in a cyber security, governance, risk and compliance function.- Experience with process mapping tools- Able to identify risk and assess the impact of the risk utilizing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability triad- Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering, analyzing and reporting data.- Able to create management level reports and presentations to showcase information and support decision making.- Able to provide recommendations for enhancements to controls and processes.
