.Eaton's ESSG CPSD PDD Power Delivery Division division is currently seeking a Black Belt and CI Coordinator.**What you'll do**:"Provides leadership on Customer focused Six Sigma programs, projects, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with Eaton Values, philosophies and initiatives.This position works with quality champion(s) and other operating leaders to develop project deployment strategy, goals and priorities. Serves as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing Six Sigma initiatives.Teaches, trains, coaches and mentors Black Belts & Green Belts in the use of Six Sigma methodology.Acts as support to Cost out performance of site, leading and giving guidance to functional departments within site to develop projects that can achieve site and corporate financial results, supports the full deployment of the Eaton Lean six sigma System Tools and project management impacting the successful achievement of High five metrics, through leadership and strong knowledge in Continuous improvement Systems.""A. Execute initiatives in all functional areas to achieve Cost Out Target for site and Corporate, aligned with company strategyB. Lead cost out process and support the target setting per year in site; project identification,functional department target set and define continuous improvement processC. Contribute in the EBS Pull to ensure targets and action lines are aligned with the strategy, ensuring projects are defined on critical opportunitiesD. Execute initiatives in the organization to improve the Eaton Lean Six Sigma culture impacting in High five operation metricsE. Establish six sigma strategies to develop functional people in the deployment of Continuous improvement systems and supporting business capabilityF. Support project management to ensure key challenges are being adddressed, achieving goals through methodologies that improve performance of plantG. Develop advance analyses to ensure the right focalization is known based on key metricsI. Lead Monthly COP review to define actions plan to achieve monthly targetsK. Trains Kaizen team leaders to facilitate events. Coordinates and drives a structured closure process on follow-up activities.L. Support Profit plan Achievement and define processes for the opportunities identification of siteM. Has the ability to lead and train diverse teams.N. Supports sharing of best practices as a result of internal and external benchmarking activities.O. Participates as a member of Eaton Continuous Improvement Council.Q.
