.The main purpose of the role of Brand Activator is Business Development - through On trade development and execution of brands plans (listing, visibility enhancement, training, activation activities ).The BA should create a direct link between On premise accounts (restaurant, bar, night club, hotel ) and the brand, increasing visibility in these establishments while train and motivate the key sales force (store managers, sommeliers, restaurant managers, business owners, waiters, bar tenders, among others) and pushing indirectly sales volumes.The BA should support distributor team, he must prepare and create the ideal conditions to boost sales. Coordination between the BA, distributor on trade executive and wholesalers is a key success factor for the position.The BA has to execute a monthly work plan that includes: listing targets, trainings, On trade activations, etc.These activities have to be aligned to the brand objectives, guidelines and brand plans.The BA has to work in coordination with the distributor On premise executives. All commercial agreements should be planned with the Country Manager and executed with the distributor on premise executive. The BA is not allowed to sell directly in the On Trade.The BA has to report monthly all activities (Excel file and Powerpoint) to RC On Trade Manager or/and RC Country Manager, RC Trade Marketing Manager. Reporting and market visits will determine bonus allowance.**Responsibilities**:**1. Segmentation of On premise accounts and relationships with key players**:- Audit, classify and prioritize key accounts of assigned areas- Develop a direct relationship with key players at on trade (owners / partners, sommelier, managers, Bartenders, among others) and provide feedback and updates to the brand responsible.- Implement training programs for On trade staff (waiters, bar tenders, among others)**2. Implement On premise activities and follow up**:- Implement training programs for On trade staff (waiters, bar tenders, among others)- Execute activities of each brand plan- Implementation & follow up of the On-premise incentives program- Support distributor team to execute activities**3. Create proposals and feedback**:- Actively participate on the brand objectives follow up, accomplishment, evaluation and feedback.- Case of success and best practices.- Difficulties/risks & new and unexplored ideas for the brands growth.- Relevant activities of the competition**Context of the position and additional information**:- Some activities may occur at night and / or weekends- Monday review: call/meeting of BA with Brand Manager and Country Manager- Availability to travel within the country- Some activities may occur in the Off trade (wholesaler training, tasting, events with final clients)- Support of LOUIS XIII BA in your market- Events: in charge to execute trainings/dinners with final customers or others events- RC portfolio are luxury brand that is on top of the image of Distributor portfolio in Mexico
