We're looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Manager - Dermatology Portfolio**Responsibilities**:As the Dermatology Brand Manager you will play a critical role in achieving the successful launch of 2 important indications in the near future and building/strengthening Eli Lilly presence with the Dermatologists community in Mexico. You will be responsible for achieving our sales targets and desired market position in launch year.You will work closely with the cross functional team to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy and tactics.You will also work and communicate with Global and LATAM teams; the different affiliatedepartments and with key external customers to align the strategic and tactical direction of your brand projects with the overall brand strategy.Your key responsibilities will be leading a multi-channel strategy, partnering in the development of the customer plan and business plan, and developing and implementing marketing tactics consistent with the overall brand strategy; You will also be responsible for managing expense budgets related to your specific projects, and other responsibilities as assigned.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor´s degree- 1+ years of marketing experience as a Brand Manager- Experience as a Sales Rep (highly desirable)- Understanding and experience of strategic planning (customer insights and patient journey, patient flow, segmentation, positioning, branding, messaging, results monitoring).- Proven cross-functional partnering capabilities, particularly with Sales, Medical and Commercial teams.- Proven ability in building strong business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the industry.- Technical marketing competencies in key areas related to MCE -brand positioning/strategy/creative campaigns, segmentation, messaging/content strategy, channel mix, creating and running multi-channel executional campaigns, marketing mix measurement, marketing operations.- Business Case and Alternative Access Programs design and development.- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.- Proficient computer skills (teams, excel, word and PowerPoint)- Analytical skills / strategic thinking**Additional Skills/Preferences**:- Experience as a District Sales Manager.- Clear understanding of the promotional rules of engagement and how we communicate with our customers in Mexico.- Experience leading a new or recently launched brand
