Brand ManagerYour Tasks & Responsibilities:Assure launch readiness with key metrics on time.Expand the testing network for precision medicine and grant early adoption of pathologies and clinical oncologist of Vitrakvi.Development and implementation of strategies for rapid adoption of Vitrakvi in private and public market.Plan and develop sales figures for the product life cycle, together with P&I for the brand.Competitive analysis and tracking of the market (competitors, sales, main institutions and KOL intelligence).Establishment of long-term relationship with KOL's and medical associations for scientific activities planning that ensure robust sales uptake.Ensure full access of Vitrakvi to the different private institutions and formularies and public institutions and formularies working together with Access department, sales force and distributor.Ensure implementation of the strategy with customers through Sales Force supplying the tools and materials.Lead the Key Account Executives to expedite access and sales of Vitrakvi after launch.Development of the Launch Plan for Loxo-195 in the mid-term future.Who You Are:Science or Business-related degree.MBA is a plus.3-5 years with solid experience as Product Manager in Oncology or High Specialty with successful Launches.Experience with oncology biomarkers.Solid experience in sales to Government.Deep knowledge of the Mexican institutional Oncology market.Knowledge of orphan drug market.English fluently (written and spoken).Skills and competencies: strategic mindset, interpersonal relationships, organization/prioritization, strategic vision, leadership, teamwork, results oriented.Bayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
