Experience in bringing to life and executing brand tactics that are aligned to a high-level strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all executions are delivered properly and on budget and understanding of the lifestyle landscape in Mexico and Latin America, are crucial for this role.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?As a member of the Consumer Brand Management team in Mexico City, you'll be involved in leading brand strategy and driving innovation, concepts, product and key moments from brief to plan to execution across our Nike Mexico and Latin America territories. This role will bring to life our annual brand architecture for Women's Lifestyle and drive brand through our seasonal and daily initiatives. Responsibilities and activities of the role include providing support to the Brand Manager and team to gain consumer insight, learn the ideation process and product integration into seasonal planning, support development of seasonal initiatives and support to the Brand Manager to deliver integrated marketing plans and managing campaign progress measurement, including recapping and de-briefing. This role will also lead and manage some key tactical executions that deliver on the overall integrated marketing plan. Success will be measured on increases in brand strength, traffic to Nike platforms, sell-through of key products, engagement and retention of Nike members
