The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand-related projects, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and delivering high-quality work that aligns with our brand strategy. The Amazon Project Manager will work closely with a Senior Account Manager (AM) to manage a portfolio of up to 15 accounts, ensuring consistent collaboration and alignment on client objectives.Key Responsibilities:Task Management: Schedule and coordinate with other internal teams to ensure tasks are completed and ready for client review.Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of projects by ensuring tasks are uploaded and live and inform senior account managers and/or clients upon task completion.Meeting Coordination: Prepare and send meeting agendas to clients, take detailed notes during meetings, and ensure meeting recaps are promptly shared with relevant stakeholders.Asset Management: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary documents, files, or assets required by specialists to complete tasks.Reporting: Ensure weekly and monthly sales reports are accurate and delivered to clients on time.Internal Communication: Conduct daily stand-up meetings with senior account managers to review account health and task status. Collaborate with internal teams to create tasks in project management tools (e.G., ClickUp) and monitor progress.Task Follow-Up: Regularly check in with other project managers and/or teams to track task status, deadlines, and resolve any blockers.Documentation and Updates: Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems, such as Commlog, checklists, etc., ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.Team Collaboration: Work closely with project supervisors and specialists to ensure tasks are ready for upload, clearly communicate any blockers, and define ownership of task comments and revisions.Portfolio Management: Partner with a Senior Account Manager to jointly manage a portfolio of up to 15 accounts, ensuring alignment on client objectives and efficient project execution.Qualifications:Proven experience in project management, preferably within branding or marketing.Strong knowledge of Amazon platform and best practices is preferable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.G., ClickUp) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
