Experience and Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering / Technical career and experience on lean manufacturing systems.
3 years on Manufacturing operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Comply with safety rules according to the function.
Plan and manage the strategy with the manager and BPRMS champions.
Coordinate the deployment and implementation of BRPMS tools in the different areas of the company.
Provide support for the development, deployment and integration of new tools.
Develop and provide the necessary training on BRPMS tools.
Coordinate master teams.
Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize performance and processes.
Coach lean thinking across the organization.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 2015.
