We are a leading firm in Mexico and the US, providing services for our clients on many levels: from idea validation, to experience design, to product development, deployment and finally, continuous expansion strategies.Check out our website, or our LinkedIn profileWhat we are looking for in youUmvel is looking for a** Business Analyst **to determine the specifications needed for the software to be created, using various information gathering techniques, such as interviews, questionnaires or creative approaches.Three years of experience.Roles & Responsibilities:- Specifying the requirements.- Responsible for the consistent integration of requirements (feasibility) and changes to requirements.- Create a product requirements document and/or a functional specification document, together with the technical specifications.**Required Skills**:- 3 or more years of technical experience.- 1 or more years of project leadership experience.- Proficiency in the use of modeling tools and techniques, such as UML, eEPK or BPMN, to visualize and describe business processes and systems.- Experience in software development projects.- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering.- Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders.- Familiarity with technologies, platforms and tools used in software development and project management.- Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating data to obtain valuable information that can guide project decisions.At Umvel we do not allow any kind of discrimination based on religion, age, gender, culture or social status.Help us create a more equitable world.
