**About the role**:As a Business Analyst, you will be the crucial link between the client's business objectives and our information technology capacity.
Acting as the key interface between the users and the project team, you will be in charge of gathering information, eliciting requirements, analyzing data, documenting processes, confirming requirements with the stakeholders and users, and overseeing the completion of these requirements throughout the project.
**This is a full-time remote position located anywhere in US and Mexico****Responsibilities (including but not limiting)**:- Own and drive the requirements gathering, elicitation, and definition processes during the project.
Conduct workshops and interviews to meet with the different project stakeholders.- Review, accept, and prioritize feedback and new requirements from project stakeholders.- Perform data analysis from what is gathered to identify patterns and share findings to drive project requirements and functionality.- Write well-developed epics and user stories.- Develop and maintain user documentation and instructions.- Work throughout the development process to serve as the voice of the user with the delivery team by representing this perspective and ensuring that results conform to defined requirements.- Define and lead the project Software Test Plan.
Review QA Test Cases and ensure feedback has been incorporated by QA team prior to functional testing starting.- Ensure that team deliverables meet agreed-upon standards for quality and non-functional requirements and that the project meets the stated business need.- Work with the Project Manager when changes, issues, and risks are identified to ensure the right processes are followed.- Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including definition of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, information architects, developers, and others to develop and execute according to plan.- Conduct gap and impact analysis.- Proactively contribute to the quality of the product by seeking and proposing new or alternate approaches to address product needs
