Business Analyst / Techno Functional Analyst

Business Analyst with understanding on Mark Tech solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any the campaign automation solution, Salesforce Interaction Studio Personalisation and have background of MarTech platforms such as Personalisation, Marketing Automation. CDP etc.Able to understand and detail out Digital Marketing Campaign requirements and key blocks such as campaign objectives and KPIs, Journey steps and logic, Assets, Segmentation Targeting logic, personalisation, channels etc.Able to update functional documentation and create business requirement documents where required Able work with PO in planning Campaign timelines and key dependencies and sub activitiesAble to coordinate with business marketing and technical teams across the campaign lifecycleAble to co ordinate with partners vendors for required support for prioritized development activities and use cases inputsAble acceptance criteria and co ordinate end user testing and demo support along with POAble to articulate campaign outcome and create reports on KPIs and UpliftsHas Techno function understanding of Mark Tech solutions such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any the campaign automation solution, Salesforce Interaction Studio Personalisation and Have background of MarTech platforms such as Personalisation, Marketing Automation.
