**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for compiling market/geographic specific information to develop meaningful reports and actionable data at the direction of the National Business Specialist.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Supports the Industrial Replacement Division in automation and ongoing improvement of business processes resulting in better efficiencies and overall effectiveness of time management within the Division.
- Responsible for data integrity within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool as well as ongoing training and development of Divisional Sales personnel in its proper use.
- Responsible for data integrity within the Oracle Customer Set-Up processes working closely with Customer Experience and EDI personnel to ensure customer needs are met.
- Assist with Gates Fleet Program reporting and other tasks as needed.
- New hire processing. Includes corporate set-ups and delivery of necessary equipment and supplies and training across all areas - CRM, iPower, Tableau, Concur, etc.
- Generate various reports on a weekly or monthly basis - opportunity, call activity, leads, rebates and sales reports.
- General processing of sample requests, policy credits, CEPs, etc.
- Plans and coordinates regional sales meetings as needed
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
**ABOUT YOU**
- 0-1 years of general administrative experience Degree requirement, including preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to develop end market specific information and reporting to support Industrial Replacement Division.
- Handles customer inquiries and delivers prompt solutions.
- Regional expert on CRM and assists regional personnel as needed
- The position requires interpersonal, administrative, and analytical skills to maximize the effectiveness of the Division.
- Position requires proficiency in the use of all office software including (word, excel, power point and CRM software
- Analytical skills to coordinate data to support Industrial Replacement Division
- Ability to develop and learn our products, programs, and customers. Heavy focus on Gates provided training and mentoring
- Communication skills to connect with all levels of internal associates and with customer contacts
- Must be proficient in speaking/writing English
