**Business Development & Digital Transformation Manager.**Responsible for opening new Channels (B2B, Retail,Stores).This role will have a hybrid dyanmic ( Office and From Home/ Also visiting new clients at other locations).**Objective of the Position**:Manage business expansion sales channels, including physical stores (10), retail, B2B sales, ecommerce, and marketplaces.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the business expansion team (3)- Manage business expansion sales channels (physical stores (10), retail, B2B sales, ecommerce and marketplaces).- Coordinate the sales process from the beginning to the end of these different channels.- Seek commercial alliances with different companies to position the brand with different audiences.- Enable a personal ecommerce store to sales force members to provide them with a tool to do B2B2C sales and Social Selling.- Plan the commercial strategy for the online store and Amazon.- Improve the profitability of both stores with a customer acquisition, loyalty and conversion strategy.- Define the KPIs for each channel, to measure the performance of each one and be able to set objectives.- Ensure operation, product sourcing and delivery fulfillment.**Experience**:- Experience working for a consumer company developing new channels such as: B2B, physical stores (franchises), market places, etc.- Previous experience working as a Business Development Manager- Ideally previous experience leading teams, (not essential)- Knowledge designing plans to improve the profitability of current stores.- Management of kpis and establishment of the same for the different channels.- Experience looking for partnerships and new commercial alliances- Great communication skills to build trusting relationships with other areas.- English proficency: Intermediate /Advance**Salary**: $61,000.00 - $65,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
