.**The Company**:Our technologies are shaping the production and people-related ecosystems to become increasingly connected and autonomous — ensuring a scalable, sustainable future.Hexagon's Mining division solves surface and underground mine challenges with proven technologies for planning, operations, and safety.**Purpose of Position**:- Develop the mining systems business for Hexagon Mining within LATAM.- Establish and manage dealer, agent, and related entity relationships.- Achieve business targets set on an annual basis.- Develop business plans and strategies in liaison with stakeholders.- To contribute to the development of project deployment, customer service and technical support service for the regions.- Establish business opportunities for the Mining business in the region of responsibility, to maintain and build strategic relationships with existing and potential customers and industry contacts.- Develop the mining systems business for Hexagon Mining within LATAM.- Establish and manage dealer, agent, and related entity relationships.- Achieve business targets set on an annual basis.- Develop business plans and strategies in liaison with stakeholders.- To contribute to the development of project deployment, customer service and technical support service for the regions.- Establish business opportunities for the Mining business in the region of responsibility, to maintain and build strategic relationships with existing and potential customers and industry contacts.**Major Areas of Responsibility**:- Develop and cultivate relationships with current and prospective dealers, agents, related Hexagon entities and third parties (i.E. key account figures) who have influence over the markets and regions targeted for business opportunities.- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to continue growth of Hexagon Mining product portfolio in each country / region / developing market.- Key account management - ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with Hexagon's services and solutions to enable growth of the mining business globally.- Take ownership of key account issues - resolve customer issues proactively, engaging with other stakeholders as required, ensuring ongoing issues are escalated to the appropriate channels to resolve in a timely manner.- Identify new regions for business development opportunities, performing market analysis for these regions to ensure the direction is aligned with the business and products and solutions being developed.- Manage sales leads through to closure and monitor against approved budgets to ensure financial results are on, or ideally above, target and implement plans to counteract deviations.- Perform presentations to existing and potential customers.- Present and demonstrate the mine systems product range and associated benefits for customers.- Negotiate sales contracts and associated install and commissioning milestones
