**The Business Development Manager**, will work closely with Business Development Deparment, to drive sales and marketing, strategic planning and the development of new business.**Duties And Responsibilities**- Primary point of contact between the company and clients- Develop new business opportunities.- Liaise between Operations Managers and clients to make sure client needs are being met.- Represent company at regional tradeshows and other events that will promote the awareness of company and services available.- Create and implement strategy for growth pipeline in Mexico.- Monthly reports detailing activities.- Effective management of all advertising and promotion activities and needs.- Working with Operations to design and commission new locations- Other initiatives, projects and tasks assigned.**Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**- **Must have Bachelor's Degree in geology, chemistry, or equivalent experience in minig fields.**:- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in business development.- Strong proficiency in communications - verbal and written- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.- Proven track record of achieving target objectives and outcomes- Solid organizational and time-management skills- Effective problem solving and negotiation skills to handle time critical matters- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver engaging presentationsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por capacitación inicialSalario: $20,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Contamos con todas las medidas necesarias para su seguridad.
