**Education, prior work experience and specialized skills and knowledge**:- Bachelor of Science required.- Technical sales experience in steel/aluminium fabrication.- Have established relationships within the automotive-component manufacturing, defense, heavy agriculture, heavy truck and heavy trailer industries including working knowledge and contacts.- Tier 1 and OEM experience with contract review and program management.- Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial reporting and program metrics.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.- Organizational skills and ability to self-manage workflow completion to meet objectives.- Intermediate skills working with Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.- Bi-lingual (Spanish - English) preferred.
