The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finding new clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals. Additionally, they will be skilled in understanding and securing staffing and engineering service requirements with new clients.Key Responsibilities:Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital outreach.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships that align with Rakhere Technologies' services.Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.Understand client requirements for staffing and engineering services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing Rakhere Technologies' capabilities and solutions.Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or in a similar role within the technology or staffing industry.Strong track record of successfully finding and closing new business opportunities.EXPERIENCE WITH USA PROCESSES AND NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION IS MUST.Experience with USA Business Development Process, including familiarity with market entry strategies and regulatory compliance. Demonstrate success in acquiring and managing clients in the USA market.
