Our sales team is a high-performance, experienced group specializing in (B2B) sales and account management, catering to the specific needs of each region and scenario.About The RoleThe BDM generates revenue by directly selling solutions to customers (B2B), employing a hunter approach for both acquiring new customers and developing existing ones.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and nurturing relationships with both existing and new customers to achieve and exceed sales revenue targets.Establish and maintain client base/relationships.Conducting appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations, and tender responses to both existing and new customers in order to achieve and exceed established sales revenue and other performance targets.Own the value proposition positioning statement and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory in order for the customer to recognize value and to differentiate over alternatives.Effectively working alongside other stakeholder departments to ensure an integrated approach to customer care and to ensure market needs are being met and value is recognized.Ensuring the customer experience in terms of quantity and quality of contact is in line with agreed targets and creates competitive separation.Drive market initiatives.Where relevant, working closely alongside and supporting the market planning and product development teams in order to maximize new business opportunities within the geographic/industry sector markets.Keeping up to date with market and competitive developments, such as fraud prevention trends, major regulatory changes, and new product offerings.RequirementsHave a successful sales/account management track record in Fraud Prevention or Financial Crime, Compliance, and/or Cybersecurity solutions within a B2B environment.Have expertise in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly with financial institutions (banks and Fintechs).Proven record of success experience at Mexico and/or Latam.Willingness to travel (20-30%) based on location.Fluent in Spanish and English.Trabaja de una manera que funcione para tiPromovemos un equilibrio saludable entre el trabajo y la vida en toda la organización.
