.The Business Development Officer is an intermediate level position responsible of strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team to share with control and partner areas the new developments in the digital channels. The overall objective of this role is to obtain and coordinate the formal approvals of the digital features and present them to the formal committees.**Responsibilities**:- Work together with product owners to understand the new functionalities of the Digital Channels (Mobile, Online, Messaging)- Closed the bi-weekly scope of the release and generate formal presentation of the new functionalities for committees such as Pre-screening, Office Hours, Agilis, SCRUM, CPAC.- Responsible of obtain formal approvals of all control and partner areas about the new digital features.- Presented the new functionalities to all control committees (Pre-screening, Office Hours, Agilis, SCRUM CPAC).- Participate in cross-functional teams designed to resolve business issues related to technology projects with significant business impact.- Responsible of share to global teams the digital scope to gather the global approvals.- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular- Design controls, metrics and reports for senior management and audits.- Document the risk assessments of control areas in order to get their formal approvals in the Citi Risk & Controls tool.- Manage the regulatory document management process for all products in the area- Manage and lead multiple specific regulatory / mandatory requirements.**Qualifications**:- 4-6 years of relevant experience- Good English level (Presentation and assessments must be delivered in English, and Conference Call is required bi-weekly to share the digital new feature to global teams).- Demonstrated project management skills- Good skills of negotiation and excellent communication (it is a required because he/she will be the representative of the Digital team in the approval committees)- Leadership- Proactivity to know and discover digital trends- Working knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and/or area of expertise- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication- Teamwork with multidisciplinary teams- Knowledge of different systems involved in how digital channels work, business, and operative areas relevant to the function- Knowledge of control assessment and taxonomies to document the Risk Rating Tool of digital initiatives in Citi Risk and Control tool.- Gather evidence of processes of Digital Channels Management area for MCA testing
