Business Development Representative

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE****LOCATION**: REMOTE**POSITION** **OVERVIEW**:We are looking for a few setters for our software company in the financial industry! We target financial Advisors / Wealth Managers / and fiduciaries who are in growth mode.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.**QUALIFICATIONS**- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role.- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.- High english proficiency**WHAT WE OFFER**- Long-term position- Awesome culture and team first environment- Growth opportunities- Agressive and Lucrative commission structurePay: $20,500.00 - $30,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)- Sales: 1 year (required)Work Location: Remote
