We are passionate about delivering tailored solutions to our clients, providing expert leadership without the need for full-time hires.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:**Sales Development**:- Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges and determining how our CFO, COO, and accounting services can address their needs.- Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and our consulting team to further explore partnership opportunities.- Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.**Relationship Building**:- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the engagement process.- Collaborate closely with our consulting team to understand our service offerings and effectively communicate them to prospects.**LinkedIn Outreach**:- Proactively search for and identify potential clients on LinkedIn who may benefit from fractional CFO, COO, and accounting services.- Maintain and update a database of client interactions, keeping detailed notes on progress.**Administrative Duties**:- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.- Provide regular updates to management on the sales pipeline and lead status.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for outreach and lead generation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.- Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.- Must have a reliable internet connection.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and uncapped commissions.- Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across industries.- Professional development and growth opportunities.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.**How to Apply**:**Job Types**: Full-time, CommissionPay: $22,000.00 - $80,300.00 per month**Experience**:- Business Development: 5 years (required)Work Location: Remote
