By unifying through food, we turn ordinary events into remarkable cultural celebrations.**Position Overview**:We're in search of an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our remote team. As a BDR, your focus will be on proactive cold calling and outreach to forge new connections. Your role is essential in expanding our partnerships by initiating conversations, nurturing leads, and scheduling meetings.**Responsibilities**:- Drive strategic cold calling initiatives to identify and engage potential business clients.- Prospecting and lead generation.- Educate prospects on Club Feast's unique value propositions and innovative offerings.- Skillfully schedule and coordinate virtual meetings with key decision-makers.- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and prospects using our CRM system.- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights from client interactions.- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, contributing to our growth strategy.- Showcase an in-depth understanding of our products and effectively communicate their benefits.- Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for scheduled meetings and lead generation.**Requirements**:- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on cold calling and outreach.- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English.- Charismatic and outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.- Proficient in utilizing CRM tools and other sales-related software.- Self-driven and proactive in identifying and engaging potential clients.- Strong organizational skills, especially in managing leads and follow-ups.- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining a collaborative spirit.**Compensation**:- Competitive base salary.- Commission per successfully scheduled meeting, providing incentives for lead generation.If you are an energetic sales professional who thrives on initiating meaningful connections, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team.
