We will count on you to :
- Build and maintain Power BI semantic models that can support multiple reports and self-service users.
- Build and maintain Power BI reports giving the team the data and insights to monitor operations, analyze performance, and communicate progress against objectives.
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive good design.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to automate as much of the manual data analytics and reporting that is currently done across the organization to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Analyze existing reports and dashboards to determine the scope of effort and resource requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to determine priorities and identify resources.
- Design and build dashboards and reports using data.
- Manage project schedules and resources.
- Requires analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to trace report performance issues to root cause, knowledge of SQL Server Query plans, query optimization and concepts around indexing.
- Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and/or calculate information to fulfill data and reporting.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3 to 5 years experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data modeling OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of industry experience building and managing Power BI reports
- Experience with BI Dashboard, plus Python, SQL queries, Knowledge in DAX and Power Query development.
- Knowledge in Oracle (reports and dashboards)
- Strong writing skills in Spanish and English.
