.Primary Purpose:The position is responsible for evaluating, developing, documenting, updating and maintaining Policies and Procedures (P&Ps)/Job Aids on behalf of the Line of Business (LOB) for Hazard Operations. Daily updating of requested changes is required to maintain requirements established by our clients as well as to ensure that processing performed by the LOB is in compliance with various government regulations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.- Review all assigned tasks and prioritize based on business need- Evaluate, develop, document and update P&Ps/Job Aids on behalf of the LOB leaders- Edit and update existing P&Ps/Job Aids as requested- Identify any other P&Ps/Job Aids affected by changes made and notify LOB- Ensure that complex information is communicated in user friendly format- Transfer documentation to new template when required- Obtain the appropriate and necessary approvals from all impacted LOB leaders- Work closely with the Learning and Development Team to ensure training materials are consistent with P&P changes- Work closely with management and other LOB personnel to ensure content accuracy- Support the Compliance and Legal Teams as needed in relation to various P&P requests- Participate in corporate projects as a procedural resource as needed- Schedule and lead virtual side-by-side observations with the LOB to review the clarity and content of documented P&Ps/Job Aids- Update P&Ps/Job Aids in the appropriate repository- Ensure project objectives are achieved on time and that appropriate post monitoring is completed according to the project schedule and work plan- Perform job duties with a high level of integrity and accuracy, in order to support a high level of department performance and protect the overall integrity of the P&P process.- Respond timely with procedural updates as requested by our customers- Contribute to a positive work environment and support National General Insurance values (engaged, energized, empowered, execute)Minimum Skills and Competencies:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
