This role involves working closely with the Founder and collaborating on specific client projects, including brand positioning, consumer research, and go-to-market strategy development. What You'll DoPartner in developing overarching strategies for the brand and company, including business strategies, go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, personality, brand voice and tone, naming, and messaging.Lead initial discovery phase work, including but not limited to research on macro trends, category trends, industry analogs, and competition.Lead competitive analysis, identifying strengths and weaknesses and formulating potential strategies to gain a competitive edge.Monitor industry trends and evolving market conditions, adapting strategies as needed to remain competitive.Lead development of client presentations.Support qualitative and quantitative research to better understand the end customer, plus manage all research logistics.Assist with stakeholder interviews as needed.Assist in the development of innovation strategies and design-thinking-based ideations.Provide support on other activities as they arise. What You NeedBachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Business Strategist, Consultant, or in a similar strategic leadership role. Experience in brand strategy is a plus.Strong analytical skills, including ability to translate research findings into strategiesExceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying strategic plansStrong leadership qualities with the ability to lead others and manage complex projects.Solid work ethic / hardworkingSelf-starter/ability to take initiativeAbility to manage multiple projects at a given time and flex as needed given client requestsStrong organization skillsStrong team playerProficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Canva is a plus.
